The Energy + Environment Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation incorporated in the State
of Delaware. The Foundation’s three focus areas are:
- Strengthening energy and environmental education in developing countries through
Energy + Environment Open Courseware
- Promoting renewable energy
- Building capacity through collaboration with key stakeholders, including nongovernmental organizations, government, and private sector
Board of Directors
Alfred DeLeo, Partner and head of the Tax Practice of Cox Castle & Nicholson, and Lecturer in Law at
the University of California at Berkeley.
Craig Hart, Counsel at Alston & Bird in their Energy Infrastructure, Climate and Technology practice,
in the areas of clean energy project finance and carbon finance. Craig was previously the Director of the Center for International Environmental Law's Climate Change program. Craig serves as the Executive Director
of the Foundation.
